Frolic in outdoor pools, take advantage of a well-stocked fitness center or show off your skills at the manicured golf course. Spend leisurely afternoons in the lush picnic areas nearby. Teeming parks and playgrounds offer plenty of space for kids to run around and have a gala time!

Back inside, the living area is bright and roomy, with an abundance of natural light. Warm rustic interiors, wooden accents and pastel-colored furnishing are offset by sudden pops of yellow. Comfy seating arrangements flank a smart TV. Large sliders open onto an airy balcony, where an outdoor table for 2 basks amidst rustling foliage and idyllic pond views.

Cook meals from home in the adjoining kitchen, stocked with granite countertops, modern cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. A coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven and refrigerator are provided. The 4-seater wooden indoor dining table is perfect for cozy family meals.

The bungalow accommodates 3 guests.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- While there’s a sofa-sleeper for 2 in the living area, it’s only suitable for kids.
- There’s a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
- A washer/dryer is included.
- Parking is available onsite.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
