Great stay

Was very close to ruby falls ,rock city ,raccon caverns and many trails. And within minutes of restaurants and grocery stores. Road noise is the only thing that wasnt the greatest but it wasnt constant.

TN stop over

Driving to North Carolina, we planned a weekend stip over in TN to visit our son and his husband. We had a great weekend together of hanging out and cooking meals together! Backyard gas grill was wonderful for our chimichurri steaks. Kitchen had just about all we needed for all or cooking needs and the couple few things needed we easily improvised.The house is absolutely adorable and the prooerty is beautiful with all the fresh spring growth. Will absolutely stsy again next time we are visiting in TN!

Girls Relaxing Weekend

This was a wonderful location. Very private and quiet but still close to things. The house was so comfy and cozy. The screened in porch was the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors. Exactly what was needed to relax and enjoy time with my friend.

Close enough but far enough away

Took advantage of Chattanooga touristy things as well as the beautiful mountain hiking available nearby. Quiet home out of the way of crowds.

Two night stay for my sons wedding

Great quiet spot, location was as described, pretty clean overall ( 1 bedroom had not been swept). On e we got in, we were met with an overwhelming musky/moldy smell. We opened a few windows to air it out, left for dinner and when we came back, it had gotten better, but did not go away. At bed time was when we got a surprise. Some type of animal was scratching in the 2nd floor closet, woke is up twice. Sounded like a raccoon or something on the metal roof outside the closet.

Comforts of Fall

The moment we drove up, the house was beautifully decorated for fall. When we opened the door the fall decor continued throughout the house. There were several complimentary items set out for our enjoyment. It was all the comforts of home and a great place to relax after a day of adventure. We would recommend this residence for all.

Great house close to the city

Our family stayed here for 4 nights during our spring break trip to Chattanooga. It is a nice little spot just a short drive from the city and most of the hikes and attractions around Chattanooga. Everything was clean, we found all the amenities we needed to cook and prepare food, and we really loved the complimentary snacks and coffee/tea/hot chocolate station! It was also seasonally decorated for St. Paddy’s day, which was a fun bonus. We didn’t get to make much use of the sunroom or outdoor area because the temperature dropped significantly during our stay, but it would be really nice in the spring and warmer months! Overall a nice place to stay for a small family.

Great spot for a girls weekend

This was a great location near downtown but secluded. Some people in reviews mentioned the drive way is a little tough to turn out of, we didn't find that to be true but I could see it if you had a large SUV or truck. You can tell this property is taken care of by a person not a company. Lots of nice touches to make you feel at home and comfortable. Very clean. There are some outlets in the upstairs bedroom that don't work but there are some that do so you just have to experiment. Overall would come back!

Clean, comfortable and secluded!

This relaxing home had everything I really wanted: cleanliness, comfortable beds and pillows, cozy seating in the living room, a screened in porch with several seating options, and a very nice deck with cushioned chairs. All of these qualities and many more besides contributed to a home-away-from-home experience. Although the highway is just in front of the property, the house sits up above as though on a perch. I was never bothered by the occasional passing vehicle. In fact, it was lovely to be able to immediately go wherever we wanted to go. I drive a Prius, but didn’t have any problems navigating the driveway. Because of the angle of the drive, if I was heading toward Raccoon Mountain, I would actually go down to that drive’s entrance, turn around, and then approach the house from that direction, which worked out very well for me. If I am ever back in the Chattanooga area, I will definitely first check to see if I can stay at this property!

Beware beware beware

I don’t know that I’ve had a worse experience with a company in my life and I’m 57 years old. I ended six nights stay in Chattanooga. After arriving to the house, I noticed on the front door. There was a code for me to get in rather than the last four digits of my phone number as it had instructed me in the email that was sent to me the problem with this day was is that on Friday night while I was sleeping about 10pm two men try to enter that house. they were surprised to see me as I was to see them because I was in the middle of the woods communicating through the window. They told me that they had booked a reservation there for the night. I told them that there was no way I had booked this thing for a week and I had it until Sunday and if they didn’t leave, I was going to call the cops. they got into their vehicle and sat there for a few minutes and I ended up calling the emergency contact which happened to be the homeowner who did not answer the phone. A few minutes later I called back the men left, and the lady never answered the phone again. These men didn’t appear to threatening to me, so I never did call the cops, but I don’t know that I slept well that night in the morning. I called the homeowner again with no answer. I informed them that I would be leaving and did not feel safe. There would appreciate them refunding me my $200 for the last night I cleaned up and I left. It took me about 11 hours to get home to Florida, but I made it. I called the homeowner the next morning and she finally answered the phone. It was easy for me to tell that she didn’t think that was her problem and she didn’t wanna deal with it and told me to deal with evolve.Still to this day, I have not spoken with anybody from evolve personally. I called this morning Monday and express my concerns. I got an email saying they would give me 10% off for the mistake. I don’t think they realize how severe this mistake was. Somebody could’ve easily gotten shot that night. In my opinion this is one of them companies that’s all about the money and so is the lady that owns this house. Unless you’re willing to risk somebody knocking on your door in the middle of the night while you’re sleeping, I would not book with this company think of your children if you book with this company that somebody may knock on that door in the dark be aware.

Awesome Chattanooga home

Everything was great even though we had to cut our vacation surety to personal circumstances. The house was beautiful very comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed. And beautiful decorated for the fall and Halloween season. Owners were great. Very compassionate and accommodating. Definitely would consider staying at his house again next trip to that area of Chattanooga.
