This was an excellent place to stay for our trip to Acadia! The property is beautiful and the unit is very well maintained and stocked. Rob is a great host and took care of anything we needed.

Comfortable loft

We had a comfortable stay among the treetops in this artsy loft. It’s a great central location for visiting Bar Harbor and Blue Hill areas. Thank you Rob for providing delicious coffee and special treats for our stay!

Wonderful!! Clean and even had a little fire pit in the back which we utilized one night. Close to several attractions. Had fresh eggs and coffee also. Just great!!

Quaint/Rustic Getaway

We had a good stay at this home. The host was extremely responsive to our needs. The only challenge we had was finding the last turn due to poor visibility in the rain.

Lovely studio

This was a great place for me to rest my head while exploring the surrounding area, including Acadia which is just about 20 miles away. The space has a great area for some lounging, a cute kitchen, and comfortable bed. The host was responsive within minutes to every question I had, and even left fresh local veggies, eggs and coffee. Great place. I would happily return if in the area again!

Trip to Acadia without having to be in Bar Harbor

We were looking to visit Acadia for a couple days with the flexibility to stay away from the crowds of Bar Harbor . This place was what we expected and what we were hoping for - quiet place with a feeling of being in the woods. We loved being able to cook , grill and have a campfire ( vs eating out ). Rob provided us with lovely fresh eggs and vegetables which we took full advantage of . He also had a wealth of maps and books about the park which proved to be super helpful.

The place was great and matched the pictures shown in the posting. Check in and check out we're really easy. The hosts communicated well and provided coffee and fresh eggs, along with a few helpful items you might need like salt, pepper, creamer, and then things like bug spray and maps of the area. While we didn't use the fire pit or grill, they were available. They also had the nice touch of a vase of wild flowers when we arrived. Overall it was a great stay.
