This condo was perfect with beautiful lake views !Very kid friendly with equipment, dishes, toys, etc. pet friendly as well. The condo was nicely stocked and was super clean! The upkeep of the grounds and buildings leaves a little to be desired, but the condo itself was superb. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was just as listed, if not better. It was one of the most well stocked properties we’ve ever stayed in from dishes, to pots and pans to linens, extra blankets and towels. You name it, they have thought of everything. There was a closet full of games and toys for kids, plenty of extra lifejackets and a floating mat for the lake. The fact that it is pet friendly is even better. The extra touches such as, snacks and coffee pods left for guests, was just an extra special surprise. I highly recommend this property and the host was extremely hospitable and very easy to get in touch with. She was so quick to respond with any questions.

The property sits on the beautiful Lake Hamilton, at first glance, the exterior looked a little rusted in places and worn but when you walk in, this lake condo was clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed, even snacks! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and also card games at night looking out at the water. It is a 15 minute drive to about anywhere you'd like to go in Hot Springs, which was perfect. Close enough to the hustle and bustle but in a quiet, gated area, that was so nice!!

The condo was perfect! It was clean and comfortable. It’s in a safe location and just a few minutes from the casino. You can go enjoy the busy downtown area then come back and unwind and relax on the deck overlooking the lake. The host made all instructions and directions simple and communication was great.
