I was traveling as an RN to take care of a patient. Customer service was terrible. Either no one answered the phone upon arrival to White Plains from Ohio or my call was disconnected. I was trying to get the code to enter the property in order to take care of my patient. It took me over an hour to finally reach someone who would give me the code. Then I received an email with another room number after I had been trying to enter the original room with that code I had been given via email. You made check in very hard and difficult. Then during check out. I would get a text with one set of instructions and an email with conflicting instructions. Get your act together. Have someone answer the phones.

Nice apartment & was as advertised. I would suggest getting darker blinds for the bedroom windows. Those windows face east & it gets bright very early!

I love the property, location, beautiful apartamento in a very beautiful building. As season world traveler and Certified Travel Advisor The property management needs to handle minor issues essential for guest staying in the apartment that will make it Elite in my opinion.

If you want to stay a bit outside the city, but easy access, this apt is perfect. Literally 5m walk to Metro North, and express train is 37m into the city. Apt was very clean and like that each bedroom/bath is on opposite sides of the apt.
Easy communication and prompt responses! Building is nice too, has some fun things to do when weather isn’t great.

This worked out wonderful for us spacious and comfortable. Just a few things, the carpets had balls of lint/hair that the vacuums obviously can't pick up. The email to how and when go into the building was in spam and I had a difficult time retrieving it. I should have consulted the company earlier in the day about that. Also, please know that parking is not included so there's an additional $25 per day to park which really adds up the total price. Lastly, the bed are advertised as two queens which they are not. It's one Queen and the other room is two twin beds.

My absolute worst VRBO experience of many. The day I was checking in I started getting texts that my [paperwork has not been completed and my reservation may be cancelled. Not a great start. Once we got there, nothing worked. Literally nothing worked. No lights, no heating/cooling; nothing. As it turned out, everything was unplugged. EVERYTHING! OK, so we plug stuff in; still nothing worked. The reason? Every circuit breaker was off as well. After a long while of handyman troubleshooting we got one of the thermostats working and most of the lights. The Microwave never worked. As for the bathrooms, clean but both had missing toilet paper holders and the main bathroom had no shelf for soap and toiletries in the shower How is an elderly woman who was travelling with us supposed to get her soap and shampoo? Off the ground? Also, both shower door had handles about to fall off. And finally, the shades are useless. Might as well shine a 150 watt bulb in your eyes the second the sun comes up. This place could be awesome with minimal attention. What was wrong about it could easily be fixed!

Horrible communication
On the website it said two bedrooms with queen beds but had only one queen bed and other room had a small kids single bed. I tried reaching out to the customer service team but no response. They just keep you on hold .
After numerous emails , calls and escalated messages
they changed the apartment to two queen size beds after 2 days as that’s what I paid for. Customers should be fully aware and false advertising is a crime!!!
