Very nice house and when we contacted the owner about things that were wrong or missing he was prompt on returning our messages the only thing that could have been better is the lawn maintenance we couldn’t enjoy the backyard because the grass was too high we would rent it again if we needed to

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. It’s the perfect place for us because our daughter and her family live just around the corner. When everyone comes to celebrate Christmas, we can have enough beds for everyone. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, communication was great and we had everything we needed for our short trip!

This property is lovely. The home was clean with enough room for 8 adults. The neighborhood was quiet, which is a plus when we just want to relax. The owner was quick to respond when messaging him about early check-in. Overall, we had a nice visit to Navarre. We hope to visit again soon.

Quiet & Convenient

This home is located in a quiet and safe community close to beaches and everything you’d need. Restaurants, food trucks, gas and department stores are close and the beaches are just a few minutes away. The owner was very responsive to maintenance issues.

Worth every dime

The home was just as it is pictured! Perfect for a family vacation. The kitchen is stocked fully with all the utensils that you will need to prepare a meal. ( I have never seen such a well stocked kitchen in a rental property ). All the appliances work great. The beds are super comfortable. We sat on the screened in patio and enjoyed early mornings and evenings before the kids woke. Our host was friendly and attentive. I will be back the next time I am in town.

Excellent Vacation

This property is AMAZING! The house is gorgeous and in an excellent neighborhood. It has a fenced in backyard for kids to run around and a screened back porch. The house was very clean and stocked with everything you may need. The check in process was extremely easy and I had zero problems. The host is great and available for any questions or concerns. Me and my family will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful Home

This home was perfect. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood & just a few miles from the beach. There was eight of us & we had plenty of space. The rooms are great size & the beds are comfy. There’s ping pong, foosball, & board games for staying indoors. There’s also a large back yard as well as a large screened in patio with a grill. We highly recommend this home & would love to stay here again during our next visit.

Very nice home

My family of 8 really enjoyed being in this home. There were enough spaces for all of us and not be on top of each other. My spot was on the screened-in porch. Although I was rainy the first couple of days, we still enjoyed our time. I would stay here again. The home owner Miguel made sure what I was missing was brought to the house. Thank you again.

Great space

The house suited us and our elderly parents well for a wedding weekend. The sofa was comfortable and ping pong in the garage was a nice touch that we enjoyed. Couldn't enjoy the foosball as there was no ball to play with, but I messaged the owner and they were quick to respond and ordered one immediately. Unfortunately, it did not arrive until after we were gone from our 2 night stay. The beds were comfortable enough. The bathrooms seem to have some deferred maintenance and the shower curtains need replacing badly. As a fellow short term rental owner in the area, I can appreciate the efforts that the owner has put in to make the space comfortable and the price was quite reasonable. Overall, I think it could be quite lovely with some maintenance and upkeep.
