Thank you for your review. I am terribly sorry to hear the remotes were not working for you for the bedroom TV's. We provide instructions for the TV's upon check-in and if there were any issues with connecting to our Chomecast, we monitor our messaging platform 24/7. We would have been more than happy to send our handyman over to show you how to use the remotes. We hope you give us another shot next time your travels take you to Arizona.

Thank you for your review, Douglas, but I’m terribly sorry to hear that your stay was far from what you expected at our luxury condo. During your 2nd day of your stay, you stated that the thermostat wouldn’t get the temperature in the unit above “72 degrees”, and asked for us to get an HVAC technician out to inspect the problem. Within 10 hours of learning about the thermostat, we scheduled a technician to arrive at the property the following morning per your request. We suggested you use the portable floor heaters we have at the unit for one night until the tech fixes the thermostat issue. We plan ahead for any and all emergencies that may arise during our guests stay, so this is why we include floor heaters for this specific situation you experienced. We also provide first aid kits & fire extinguishers for unforeseen emergencies, too. Accusing us for knowingly providing you with a faulty heating system, falsifying uncomfortable temperatures, & demanding refunds outside of VRBO for your stay was not the solution. Now in your review you’re complaining about the front door lock, dirty rugs/carpet, and a couch that smells like a dog. We don’t even allow dogs at the unit! Where is all this coming from? The bottom line is, the property had a working heating system at the time of your arrival and we had no complaints until yours. We have remote access to our thermostat and monitored the temperature during your entire stay so we are extremely confident the temperature didn’t get below 72 degrees. In addition, I took screen shots of the temperature the thermostat read and shared them with you. We asked you multiple times if another time would work better with your schedule to get a technician out to rectify the thermostat issue. You didn’t respond; therefore, I was under the impression that you were comfortable using the two portable floor heaters during your stay. I understand your frustration, but please recognize we did everything in our power to rectify this thermostat problem you encountered at the unit. Now, you are blatantly slandering our 4.8 star luxury rental because you didn’t receive a $500 credit for something that is completely out of our control. We attempted to fix the heating issue, while you refused access to the property because of your schedule. We have reported your behavior and false accusations to VRBO and have asked them to review our conversations within the dashboard. We really do hope that when your travels bring you back to Arizona, you would consider staying at our property again to see why our satisfied guests consistently provide us with 5 star reviews.
