Welcome to this coastal inspired vacation home in the heart of South Scottsdale. Everything you need in one place; Large heated* pool with basketball hoop, BBQ grill & outdoor dining space under the covered patio, quality furnishings & bedding for comfortable accommodations, and a centrally placed location to get around the valley with ease.

Enjoy a stress-free vacation with everything you need at your fingertips. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials and cookware, and we've provided toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and paper towels. Common household items such as bath towels, pool towels, washcloths, blow dryers, an iron, a blender, hangers, and more are also included. This is the vacation you've been waiting for!

Pool Heating* There is an additional fee of $125 per night to heat up the swimming pool with a three night minimum. This can be selected as an option upon check out.

Our aim was to get some sun and pool time in a comfortable property for 5 adults. The home was well decorated and finished and comfortable with all amenities required for a lovely 3 day stay. We’ve stayed at this home several times as we love the location between ASU and Scottsdale. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, home is well appointed with everything we need, clean and comfortable. We enjoy having a tv on the patio. The only constructive criticism I have would be to do some landscaping around the pool to make it more appealing, and some pool floaties! We hope to be back!
