Why they chose this property

I grew up in Forrest Hill. It's a very central area. Close to the motorway, beach, lake and parks. Its also close to bus stop which go straight into town. I love the place.

Close to lakes, beach, motorway. Close to parks, tennis courts, soccer fields. very safe and secure neighbourhood
