We had an amazing time in Cloudcroft. The townhome had everything we needed to make our stay amazing. It has recently been updated and it is beautiful. Our host was the absolute best. Great communication. We’ve stayed at several of the homes in Spur Landing and they are always great.

Perfection in the mountains

Last minute family vacay to see our son at Holloman AFB. Booking was a breeze. The place was absolutely perfect. It is nestled right in the mountains with plenty of wildlife sitings while sitting on the back porch. The place is adorable and updated. The cleanliness was impeccable and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals rather than going out to eat and there is plenty to do about a mile or 2 down the road if you want to get out and about. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again if ever returning to the area.

The Spur Lànding stay in August.

Love the roses. What is missing is a table for dining or other. Very little light in the evening in the main room if you want to read. We could not book it after 4 pm. for that same day. In winter where do you keep all the ski equipment. ???

Beautiful mountains

Loved Cloudcroft. Friendly people everywhere. The townhouse was good but the LR furniture was uncomfortable and couch smelled of dog. Chairs and couch could use a good cleaning. A bar of soap would help to take a shower. Amenities were very limited. Master bed was comfortable but pillows were terribly hard. Better bring your own. Very quiet but close to town. Altitude got me so we unfortunately didn’t hike.

It was ok except for the smart tvs we are not up to that, we are cable people and there were not instuctions, someone did come over but my son went home early to watch Nascar and of course all times are ET. The bathroom door downstairs would not close, other than that it was OK>

The TVs are smart TVs where guests can stream shows of their choosing using their own login information, we're truly sorry if this was an inconvenience to you. However, we did our best and were able to get the Nascar on the main TV for your entertainment. - We further looked into your concerns with the bathroom doors, and after checking on both, we were unable to find any issues. We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
