Views are amazing, loved the stairs to the beach, and loved the deck! The house itself needs some deep cleaning and repair (light fixtures especially). Overall, we love this area and really enjoyed our trip!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm so glad you enjoyed the views, the beach stairs, and time on the deck. I'm sorry the interior cleaning and some light fixtures did not meet expectations — I’ve passed your comments to housekeeping and maintenance so they can perform a deep clean and address the repairs. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome you back to the area.

The view was great! However the house could be cleaner. The floors were still dusty and so were the windows. We were planning to do a bqq but the grill was dirty and we had to go to a park instead. The oven also wasn’t working properly.

I'm glad to hear the view was a highlight of your stay. Thank you for calling out the cleanliness and appliance issues — I'm very sorry they affected your stay. I’ve passed your feedback to our housekeeping team so they can complete a deep clean. We’ve also scheduled a technician to repair the oven. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback.

Our family of 10 stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed the location. The oceanfront view was absolutely stunning, and watching the sunset from the house was the highlight of our stay. The peaceful setting made for a wonderful getaway, and we truly appreciated being so close to the beach! That said, we feel the house could be better equipped and maintained for large groups. For a home accommodating 10 guests, only half a roll of paper towels was provided, and there was no laundry detergent available. The furniture also felt quite old and could use some updating.Overall, this property has incredible potential because of its amazing location and breathtaking views. With a few improvements to the furnishings and better stocking of basic household supplies, it would provide a much more comfortable experience for future guests.

Thank you for calling out the waterfront setting and the sunsets — I'm so glad those highlights made the visit special for your family. I appreciate your constructive notes about supplies and the furnishings. I’ve shared your feedback with housekeeping and our maintenance team so we can supply larger quantities of essentials (including laundry detergent) for bigger groups and review the kitchen and communal inventory. We’ll also assess the furniture and schedule updates where needed. Sorry these items fell short of expectations. We value your suggestions and hope to host you again so you can see the improvements.

Nice place to stay on in Lincoln City.

Some maintenance on the property could be better, but for the price it was a nice, clean place to stay in Lincoln City. Stunning views of the ocean.

Great place for the whole family

An amazing place to stay. Lots of room for the whole family. Plenty to do for all ages. You can watch the whales spout out the huge windows and go explore the tide pools right out front. We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed the view the most at this property, it rained a lot but we still got to enjoy it. Beach access is not far away which all could manage. Thanks for letting us bring our dogs as they had a blast as well!

Beautiful view

Overall it was a nice place to stay. Quiet neighborhood and great views of the beach. The bonus room bed is a hard futon though so I don’t recommend counting on it as an additional bedroom. Queen bed downstairs dipped in the middle and the furniture was older and not as comfortable. We had a nice stay.

Relax & Recharge

We were looking a quite getaway to bring the family and this hit the spot. 3 story home so everyone had their own space when needed, especially the teenagers :) The house was well apportioned and had everything we needed. Of course the main point of going to the beach is for the views and having private access to the beach was awesome.
