Annual Football Gathering

We spent the week with friends and watched the Patriots/Cardinals game. We loved the house and the beautiful location. The house is great and has lots of extras. Lots to do in the area!

Family reunion retreat!

We had a lovely stay in Cave Creek. The house is well-equipped and close to everything. We appreciated the fast fix on an underperforming AC and were able to continue our family reunion with our family just a few blocks away. The pool looked lovely, but we went from 100 to 65 overnight and never got to do anything but dip our toes. I highly recommend this rental!

Fantastic House

This house was better equipped than any other house. The thermostat was frustrating. A couple more dressers would be nice. The house and neighbor wonderful!! Loved the organization of the house. The Velcro didn’t always work. A picture fell from the Velcro not working. The pool was beautiful but too cold to use. Next time we will.

Quiet and comfortable; some improvements could be made

Pros: Nice house in quiet neighborhood close to JW Marriott and much more economical. A lot of sleeping space. Multiple TVs but we didn't watch any. Didn't use the pool. They want you to velcro all the remotes to the walls, which is also a bit odd but practical I guess. Heat works well with a nest thermostat. Master bed was firm but comfortable. Things to know: The house key is electronic. If you never used one before (and I had not), be aware that you touch the rectangular part at the top of the lock. Hard to figure out when it is dark. I called the managers in the early evening for instructions and they were AWOL. If I had not figured it out I would have had to sleep in the car. That should be made clear in the instructions. Also, the wifi login info I got in the instructions was wrong, but fortunately there is a sign inside that states the correct one. Master shower takes about 5 minutes to heat up. Start the shower early. They want you to do some chores, like stripping the beds, laundering the towels and taking out the garbage. Haven't experienced that before in a VRBO and is kind of a pain when you have an early plane to catch. Seems like those are things the management company should be doing. The house has all hard floors with no rugs, so is quite echo-ey and loud-can hear everything everywhere. Could use an extra quilt on the bed or something if you like to sleep "cold".

We are reviewing the check-in instructions to ensure the wifi code is correct and to improve the instructions on using the lock. We stayed in the house, just after your stay, and had the delay in hot water for the shower fixed. It now takes less than a minute to get hot. We also made sure the warmer blankets had been put back into the correct bedrooms for use. We apologize for asking you to do chores, but in the busy season in order for the next guests to enjoy our house we need laundry to be started to ensure a quick turnaround, and these are industry-standard check-out instructions. We appreciate your feedback and hope you will stay with us again!"
