Come experience the magic of togetherness in this special space. The large front lawn is perfect for cricket or perhaps you just want to relax in the spa after a leisurely beach stroll. Top up on supplies from the local Four Square. Dine at the pub, or many restaurants or just head home with takeaways or fish and chips. As the property has unfenced access to the beach, (at the bottom of the sand dune, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water. The full property is offered to guests. We meet all our guests on arrival and show you around the home. As we live close by, we are only a phone call away for any questions. Bookings from 23 December 2026 until 16 January 2027 are a minimum of 10 guests Terms & Cancellations A deposit of 60% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance remaining is due 30 days prior to check-in. Services and incidentals (damage or breakages) are then due within seven days of your departure unless otherwise arranged. If payment has not been made for the balance of the accommodation at 30 days before check in, this will be charged to the credit card on file. Cancellations within 90 days of arrival: the full deposit is refunded. Cancellations between 90 and 42 days of arrival: the deposit is refunded less 10%. Bookings cancelled within 42 days of arrival: 100% of deposit is charged.
