The full kitchen offers generous bench space and all the tools you need to cook up your favourite meals, and the elegant dining table is for eating in style even when you’re staying in. The Neighborhood:
Britomart is a prime location for exploring the city with highlights and conveniences all within walking distance! Takutai square is across the road offering exquisite cafes and dining options, beautiful boutique shopping and other amenities like the supermarket, a gym, hair salon and more! You can also find the ferry terminal in Britomart with incredible island escapes on offer - take a day trip to Waiheke for wine tasting and a swim!
Spark Arena is just a short (flat) stroll down the road where you can enjoy basketball, concerts, gigs and theatre shows

Getting Around:
The location is fantastic for walking and exploring the nearby attractions.
If you need to get further out of the city there are bus stops all around. with multiple destinations and the Britomart transport hub only a 5-minute walk with trains and buses going in every direction near and far.
We recommend using Ubers in the city, they are well priced and efficient especially when catching within the CBD.

The carpark is not technically onsite but in the building next door, so you will need to walk 170m from the exit of the carpark to the entrance of the apartment.

Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.

Keys & Lock-Out Policy
Any keys  not returned to us on your check-out date will be charged in full, along with the cost of replacing the lock(s) to the property (if necessary). If you lose your keys, or lock them in the property during your stay, we will make every attempt to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.

If outside of business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm), we will charge you with a minimum call-out fee of $100+ GST as well as any other costs incurred in enabling you to access the apartment again and replacing lost keys.

No parties or noise after 10pm:
Please respect your neighbors. Security call out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 4 people to stay at the apartment.

Convenient apartment; management could be better
We enjoyed our stay at this modern apartment in a converted warehouse. The apartment itself is spacious and airy, and although there is no air conditioning evening breezes sufficed for our early February stay. The kitchen is modern with high end appliances, but sparsely furnished. A few more plates, utensils and cookware options would be desirable, and there were no staples or condiments to speak of in the cupboards. Location is convenient to Britomart and public transit. Unfortunately, there was a lot of loud revving engine noise at night coming up from the main drag, even though we were a few blocks away from the source. We had significant issues with Urban Butler, the agency managing the rental. A previous rental through them was cancelled without notifying us, and we found this alternative at the last minute, not realizing it was managed by the same agency. The weblinks for arrival instructions and check in did not function (I tried several different browsers). On request they did send PDFs, which although comprehensive and helpful contained a few inaccuracies (one of the exit doors is listed on the wrong floor, and trash receptacles were not found where listed). The WiFi was not functioning when we arrived, and their staff refused to communicate by phone, insisting on using email when we had no WiFi access, which was annoying. (Eventually, they did finally send someone over with a portable WiFi router.) I would not use this agency again in the future.
