A convenient getaway

Bay Watch Resort is a nice resort with a lot of great amenities. Our host had PLENTY of pool bands for my family and I to access the pools. Parking was easy and accessing the building and condo was very easy. The host was very informative and responsive. Staff was pleasant. We will likely return here again!

Outstanding

Absolutely Gorgeous Condo. Oceanfront which was what caught my eye. Great price which is hard to find for oceanfront. The owner Matt was in touch from the beginning to the end of our stay which I thought was just awesome to check in on us before and after our stay. . The condo had everything we needed so we only had to run out for food. We will definitely stay here again. We fell in love with this place.

Beautiful!

Beautiful oceanfront condo with all amenities. It was the perfect place for our family to reconnect and share time together. The owner, Matt, stayed in touch with us from the time we booked until we got home. We have never experienced that type of follow up with any other booking in the past. We definitely recommend staying in this beautiful home. We will not hesitate to book again.

Very disappointed

I wish I could share pictures on here, I can't believe you pay someone to clean the room because we both need some money back. The room was gross and not ready for a vacation rental. The worse thing we found was blood on the sheets, not just 1 spot but soaked into both sheets and to the bed protector. So the sheets never got changed from the last person that rented the condo. There was also pants a tshirt and dirty underwear in the drawer in the dresser and trunks on the balcony. Outlet covers missing, bedroom light switches that didn't turn on anything, remotes without batteries, no remote that worked on the living room tv. Bedroom tv set up in retail mode so it kept shutting off untill i figured out how to change the settings. Hair and trash in bathroom drawers including part of a tampon. Dust and food and dirt smeared on the walls and in layers around table legs. Furniture with stains and rips. Had 3 children in the condo and had to bleach the room and wash all bedsheets and still didn't feel very comfortable. Owner offered to have somone come throw clothes left there away and to reimburse us if we bought a remote. We weren't interested. He offered to have the manager bring a remote he ordered from Amazon but he never came.

However, finding a drawer full of clothes is more feasible, as these areas don't undergo as thorough checks for items left behind. This is supported by our practice of changing all sheets after each stay, which makes such incidents quite uncommon. - When you contacted me, I immediately offered assistance on your check-in day after you shared images of the drawer. I was open to sending our cleaning team back out to ensure prior guests didn't leave anything behind and to address your cleaning needs for added comfort during your stay. It was unfortunate that you refused the offer. - I'm wholeheartedly dedicated to enhancing the guest experience. Rest assured, I'll thoroughly address the cleanliness and maintenance concerns you've raised to ensure they won't be a recurring issue.
