I originally purchased the Underwood Cottage in 1994, and lived in it for 12 years until our family expanded. We intend to return to this location when the kids have grown up and in the meantime, hope you enjoy it as much as we have over the years.

Why they chose this property
This property boasts convenience and comfort, especially for those with small kids. The simple cottage decor is inviting and casual, and kids can relax and have fun in the side yard, or head down to the beach for some exploring.
What makes this property unique
The location is wonderful and the local beach, town landing market and neighborhood are all very friendly and you will feel welcomed as a local.
