Perfect place for a great vacation

Our family had a great time at this property! The location was great, and even with a couple of rainy days there was plenty of space to relax.

Perfect Long Weekend

House is beautiful. We spent a lot of time on the top deck enjoying the view! House had everything we needed and was so close to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect house for our family! The kids were in the pool everyday, convenient short walk to the beach, amazing ocean view from the kitchen/living room. Extremely clean. Communication was fantastic!

This was an extraordinary property. I met every expectation. The view from the top level was gorgeous every morning, and the pool provided a great oasis from the beach in the afternoons. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful home close to the beach.

Great views and great value

Won’t find better views or value at OIB. Ocean views from the back and inter coastal/sunset views from the front. You won’t be disappointed. Right on a beach access street so you’re just steps from the beach.

Thanksgiving 2024

Great view, comfortable furnishings, well- equipped kitchen. We were a party of 14 for Thanksgiving dinner (only 8 adults slept at the property). We had lots of space and all equipment needed for an extended family dinner. The porches and views were lovely.

This beautiful home, was everything our family could have imagined, and needed, after the sudden loss of my mother, their grandmother and great grandmother. Thank you for sharing it! We will be back!

Great Views, Location, & Value!

Great location with great views from front and back. Won't find better views without being ocean front. Right at a beach access which is key at OIB, and ocean views are great. Sunset views from front over intercostal are also great. Homeowners were responsive and easy to work with. Excellent house. We'll rent again. Highly recommend.

This home served our family well. There was plenty of space and it was furnished to accommodate our group of 10. There was enough seating around the table both inside and outside. The pool was clean and was serviced midweek. Towels were plentiful and large. Only suggestion is more towels for the kitchen. Thanks for a trouble free stay!

Excellent house! Beautiful porch ocean view! Very close to beach! Very short walk!!!We are all over 60, so lots of stairs!!! Haha!!!!! The only negative comment is….only 2 wine glasses! Need more!! And a few electrical outlets did not work. Overall, excellent house !

Beautifully decorated house with space for all!

I can't count how many times one of us looked around and exclaimed how amazing this house was to stay in! The space was more than big enough for 6 of us on a girls' weekend at the beach. We loved having places inside and out to relax and catch up. The decor was perfectly beachy and and very upscale feeling. The location so close to the beach was great - we were even able to see dolphins from the back deck. I would definitely stay here again with a group of friends or family.
