Very cute home at a wonderful location. Ice cream shop at the end of the road and the beach just a short walk away. Host was very friendly and responsive. We hope to come back again soon.

Great quiet spot, not a bad walk to the beach. cute, warm and comfy home. had just about anything you would need for your stay and kitchen was well stocked. loved the downstairs game room. we took advantage of it one day while it rained and just about did every game and then some. enjoyed fishing a bit out back and over at the boat ramp. great view of the sunset up top at night and we enjoyed dinner on the picnic table on the deck our last night there. love the decor and the setup of the entire place, ice machine was amazing to have and just an all over good feel to the home. we felt very comfortable there and enjoyed every minute of our time away from work, school and any stress. if avail, book it!

Absolutely fantastic

Great house, very clean, comfortable and super well equipped. Being able to use the paddles and bikes is a plus, and the kids also loved playing darts. Would definitely come again.

Great place

Property is perfectly located on the sound side but easy walking distance to beach. House itself has great open family and dining area with good sized bedrooms at opposite ends. Games room provides and extra space to hang out or use the provided equipment. Great gateway place.

Great family stay

Came to Avon for a family spring break. The location is quiet, in a neighborhood full of other rentals (with some locals). Walking distance to beach, restaurants. The house is very clean, well stocked, with new applicances, lots of beach gear and even 4 bikes. The local evolve contact sent very helpful texts with information about beach access and other attractions. Overall, highly enjoyable.

Great stay!

The house is cute and had everything you needed for a beach vacation. The only thing I can say is the house didn’t have anywhere to store food at, we had to have everything on the counter. I did like the ice machine for our cooler and we loved the downstairs area. Thank you again for your quick communication and allowing us to stay at your lovely home!

What a treat!

Sneaking in a few extra days in my favorite place in the world, Avon.. we choose to stay @ this house. So comfortable, so perfect in every way. Loads of extras, from toys, beach chairs to sticks for S'mores! It made for the best start ever to our summer vacay!

Amazing Getaway!

We had such a great time! The pictures do not do the house justice, gorgeous inside and out. Had an incredible view of the 4th of July fireworks from the 3rd level deck. Also caught a couple of nice sunsets up there during our stay! If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing beach house to hangout with friends and family, this is the place for you. Highly recommend

OBX

A slight mix up with the cleaning service as they didn’t get there until about 5:30 pm and only “cleaned” for about 30 minutes but other than that it was a great place to stay. The owner was very nice and apologized for the cleaning service but of course that was not her fault, she was extremely nice and very easy to get ahold of if needed. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this beautiful and nicely located property. Owners Charlene and Pete have been very responsive and helpful. Beach is just few minutes away. Waterway is right behind the house. It is very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. House has plenty of space and very relaxed feel to it, Kitchen is well equipped with appliances. Beds are very comfortable.Downstairs open area offers barbecue and sport equipment such as bikes /paddleboards and darts.We would definitely recommend this property to anyone . Thanks !

Spring Break

The house is in a perfect location. Easy access to the sound with beautiful sun sets. Also, it was easy to get to the beach using the Avon Pier parking lot. It was awesome because the homeowners allow use of anything in the bonus room, so we had beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, and a frisbee. The location of the house is close to shops and restaurants, as well. At the house we had use of three bikes, so we only needed to rent two more. We biked to get evening treats at the ice cream shop. We really enjoyed our stay and when we return to OBX I hope the same house is available.

Beautiful Home, Fantastic owner.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The owner of the home messaged me about 4 hours before our stay started to welcome me to OBX as well as pass off some light information and wish us a happy vacation. We had a short conversation then that was very pleasant. All of the recreational equipment was fantastic, my wife and I took the Paddle boards out every morning and evening with our son a we brought along a bike cart for our son that was very nice to ride along with. The house itself is in fantastic shape located directly on a canal leading to the sound. Neither myself nor anyone else on the trip had any complaints about our stay and couldn't recommend them enough. Looking forward to our next visit to OBX as well be staying here again.
