Perfect location, walk to everything. Views were unbeatable and the fish and chips from the shop next door were excellent.

The room was as described. The view is exceptional. The trade-off for the view right over the water is that the traffic noise is more noticeable than in one of the rooms at the side of the building. The building is well situated within easy walking distance of both the town and the marina restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
