Snow Summit Thrush 8 | Walk to Lifts, Private Hot Tub, Seasonal Pool & Balcony

Hi Forrest, Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear the condo exceeded your expectations and that you enjoyed the recent remodel, beautiful mountain and tree views, balconies, Jacuzzi, deck, and BBQ. We’re also glad the clean rooms and well-stocked kitchen made your stay comfortable and convenient. We hope to welcome you and your family back to Big Bear again soon!

Hi Edward, Thank you for your wonderful and thoughtful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the home and appreciated the remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, high-quality appliances, comfortable beds, and the overall cleanliness of the property. We understand that warmer summer temperatures can make a stay more challenging, especially during an unusually hot weekend. While most Big Bear homes do not have air conditioning due to the mountain climate, we’re glad the provided fans helped once the temperatures cooled down. Thank you for choosing Big Bear Cool Cabins. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another comfortable mountain getaway soon!

Hi David! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you found the cabin nice and clean. We sincerely apologize that the electric/gas fireplace wasn’t working during your stay, especially since it was a key part of your booking and your 1st anniversary. We understand how that impacted the experience, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We have already fixed the fireplace and it's now up and running properly.

Hi Atcharapha! We’re so glad to hear that! Thank you for your kind words, and we hope to host you again soon.
