Fun game room and good location

The cabin had a great game room that kept us entertained. And it was walking distance to Pineknot Trail, which was super convenient for a morning hike.

Beautiful Cabin

This cabin was perfect for my husband and I. We had so much fun playing pool and fun video games in the game room while watching the big screen. It would be great for a family with kids too! Really enjoyed the deck with bbq and it was a great location. We can’t wait to go back!

Fun for family

We loved the game room and hot tub. All of the game room games and hot tub felt pretty much brand new. The kids loved the rental and it was a great place to actually relax. Location great, close to the village but not too close or hectic.

This place was not presented well. The home had a lot of dog hair which I expected to have some as it is "DOG FRIENDLY ". However.. the entry way smelled of urine. The kitchen is small..they have a big freezer not in the photo which makes the walk way more narrow. You have two cutting board size areas to prep your food. The fridge didn't close properly. I didn't use the stove yet seemed functional.Gameroom.. a lot of the games didn't work 100%. Some buttons weren't functional and didn't allow play. The flooring was broken in a small area and was a tripping hazard during pool game. Hot tub was dirty with bugs and leaves, needs some ph balance. Need a skimmer available. I was very itchy within a few minutes. Water very foamy. Stay was cut short at home because the bunk bedroom smelled of urine. I had me and my kids share the main bed and had to cover every part of the bed. Bed is hard and pillows are thin pancakes. Home was not comfortable at all. VROB made things better for by moving me to a better home. The other spot was perfect. I definitely dont recommend this home.

Hi Anna, Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. We’re very sorry that the property did not meet your expectations and, most importantly, that you encountered cleanliness and odor concerns that affected your family’s comfort and resulted in your stay being cut short. We appreciate you bringing the concerns regarding the dog hair, urine odors, refrigerator, flooring, game room equipment, and hot tub to our attention. These are items we take seriously, and we will be reviewing them with our housekeeping and maintenance teams as well as the homeowner so the necessary issues can be addressed. We’re glad we were able to relocate you to another property where you had a much better experience, and we were happy to offer you a complimentary night as part of the resolution. We always want to do what we can to make things right when a guest’s experience falls short of expectations. Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention. Your feedback helps us identify areas that need attention and improvement.

Arcade escape

This rental was perfect for our family needs as a place that is quiet enough for the kids to recharge or put them in the arcade room to burn up some Energy between trips into town. We had great communication with the managers and would recommend this place to others!
