This 1,677 square-foot, two-story, Hawaiian-themed townhome will excite everyone to move in to this vacation space.

The kitchen is a beautiful modern space with clean cabinetry and modern stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. There is plenty of space for all guests to prepare their favorite foods and snacks on the spacious countertops. Additional amenities include a toaster and coffeepot. The downstairs living space offers seating for six guests to enjoy meals.

This garden view townhome comes with three guest bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom has bright floral print linens atop a king-sized mattress. A rattan dresser allows guests to unpack and settle in. Connected to the master is the largest bathroom with a soak-in tub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom, has a dark wood dresser with nightstands that offer guests plenty of room to feel at home. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Two twin beds make up the spacious open third bedroom.

Pool makes the condo
Idyllic pool with view of the ocean is the highlight of this condo. Lots of space, bathrooms made this a great option for our our week long stay for a group of 7. Walking distance, or a short drive to A beach. Great snorkeling! Good times!

Loved waking up to the beautiful grounds and ocean front gym
We stayed one week at this 3br condo. It was very clean and well equipped. We especially enjoyed getting fish-of-the-day on the highway and cooking on the BBQ. Ate most of our meals at home. The ocean front gym and pool bar were great! The desk is only open from 10-6, so if you run out of something, make sure to replace it during those hours.

Great condo in Waikoloa
Our family of 6 had a great stay in 23G. The condo was well-equipped and comfortable with all the amenities you would expect at this price range (including a parking spot for those who rent a car which is highly recommended). The beach, shopping, and restaurants were a very short drive (2-3 minutes) with easy hwy access to explore other parts of the island. I believe the condo is privately owned but managed by the onsite team (there's an office where you check in and they can also provide assistance). There's also an onsite restaurant, pool, and fitness center that we took advantage of. We only had one minor maintenance issue that the office took care of right away. Overall very happy with our stay, and for a family of 4-6, this is a much better option than nearby hotels.
