Cozy Suite is within a gated facility with 24-7 security. At km 19 Hotel Zone. Close to Dolphins Beach and El Rey Mayan Ruins.

The complex has a tennis court, gorgeous beach , great for kids and big people, with 2 pools kids and adults. Chais lounges at the pools and beach with Tiki shades.
Open WiFi in the suite and open at the pools and beach.
You will enjoy the suite with all the comforts of home.
Kitchen fully equipped, with AC.

First time at Brisas

We stayed for 10 days at this property. The pictures are as shown, but the apartment could really use a update. New windows would cut the noise of the highway, new blackout curtains as the curtains are falling apart. However , The sunset view was lovelyThe bed was very comfortable. The shower head needs replacing. , The kitchen had what you needed, but again needs to be updated. This property could be great if it was just a little better looked afterThe elevator broke in our building during our stay which made us take the stairs, which we wouldn't have minded, but the stairs are needing to be redone as they are all uneven snd broken . We liked the property location. The beach and pool was good.

The property felt very safe. It is very clean. The pool is kept immaculate. There is a convivence store onsite. The staff is friendly. The elevator in the building I stayed in is new. The only down sides I can state are There were some light bulbs out in my unit. Nothing to complain about really. I didn't like that people would come down first thing in the morning to claim lounges & umbrellas @ the pool & beach. It is stated on rules that it was impermissible. Would like to see it enforced, but I do understand how difficult that can be. I would stay there again. It was just the right balance of a secure clean place to stay that was not an all inclusive experience.

Excellent Apartment Value!

This apartment looks just like in the pictures and is large and comfortable. This is a very sunny, bright apartment that is decorated artfully and you don't feel you are in a sterile bare-bones place. The kitchen was completely equipped and the bedroom was very spacious. There was plenty of room to hang clothes and keep your suitcases out of the way. I liked sitting at the little table looking out at Kulkulcan and enjoyed the beautiful sunset over the lagoon. There was no noise even though we could see the street down below. The owner is on the property and is very willing to help book tours and give advice about what to see and do in Cancun. Greta and Larry are the best! A short walk to the pools and right to the ocean! Also, the bus stops right out front and couldn't be easier to take to the shopping malls and action. There is security as you enter the complex and I always felt very safe. What a wonderful place to relax and spend a week enjoying all that Cancun offers!

Cozy and right in front of the beach & pool

My husband and I stayed here for one night. The condo was perfect for us. The pool and beach are just a few steps in front of the property. If you wanna be away from all the Cancun hype but still want the feel of Cancun, this place is spot on. Wished we stayed longer but we were busy playing in Akumal and Tulum area 10 days prior with family. There is also a small convenience shop just a few steps away right on property for snacks.

The check in is at 2>00 pm or before if is require and I don have another guest leaving. But I am flexible.

What makes this property unique

The beach where we are located is peaceful and amazing beach where the local huge turtles has chosen to lay their eggs al season long from June to September for us after they mature to liberate hundreds of baby turtles into the ocean. You are very welcome to help with such a wonderful experience.
