Gorgeous,between Bay & Gulf w/ comm. pool! ~ Keys to the Cape

Villa del Sol is an exclusive coastal community located on the south end of Cape San Blas with cobblestone streets, community beach access, and a private community pool with a cabana. Bookended by the gulf and the bay, there are magnificent views of each, with two different types of water experiences in close reach.

Keys to the Cape is a three bedroom home that is one of the only 57 that are slated to be built in this new and coming neighborhood. It is located directly across from the community pool, with additional parking also available. With only a few steps, the front porch is open and inviting to greet you upon arrival. Conveniently, the large living area and a master bedroom are located on the ground floor. Once you step inside, you’ll notice that the open floor plan allows easy flow within the house. Take a step out of the back door, and you’ll find a great sitting area.

The kids will love their bedroom, which comes complete with a Pac-Man Pals Arcade game. This and the other bedroom is located on the second floor, each of which have access to a private bathroom and a TV. The two upstairs bedrooms have access to a covered deck with views of the gulf, bay, and pool.

Salinas Park Bayside is within a very short walk along the walking trail and there you can enjoy pickleball, a wondrous walking path elevated above the St. Joseph Bay, Picnic Areas, Restrooms with Showers, and a kayak launch. There is so much to explore and enjoy while on Cape San Blas, and we’ve got the Keys to the Cape.
