This 6-bedroom, 2,525 sq ft beach house sleeps 12 and has been thoughtfully updated throughout — new kitchen, new heatable private pool, new hot tub, updated bathrooms, new furniture, and new lighting. Panoramic Atlantic views span the entire east side of the home. A four-wheel-drive vehicle is required; the property sits approximately 9.5 miles up the 4x4 beach. Three-night stays available in spring and fall.
Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements
Six bedrooms sleep 12 guests across two levels. The top level features a queen bedroom with private west-facing deck and shared bath. The second level offers five bedrooms: a large king suite with circular wall of windows, private bath, and south deck access; a queen room and twin bunk room with twin trundle sharing a bath, both with smart TVs and private east deck access; a second queen room with private west deck; and a duo-bunk room with double bottom bunk and twin top bunk. The two remaining rooms share a bath between them.
New Heatable Pool & Hot Tub
The brand new private heatable pool and new hot tub make Paradise at Blue Fin one of the most updated oceanfront rentals on the 4x4 beach. Pool heating available for a fee. Relax in the hot tub on the third-level deck while stargazing or watching the sunrise over the Atlantic.

The brand new fully equipped kitchen delights even the most demanding chef, with a reverse osmosis drinking water faucet and refrigerator filter for fresh water. The dining area seats 12, and two extra full-size refrigerators on the first level provide ample food storage for a full week's stay.

A beautifully lit private walkway over the oceanfront dune leads directly to the beach, with rinse-off spigots along the way. An outdoor shower on the second-level deck, gas grill, and two beach season passes complete the outdoor setup. Smart TVs in the living room and four of six bedrooms, plus a TV and futon on the first level, keep everyone entertained.
