Welcome to our newly renovated gem!



Enjoy a spacious upper-level retreat for up to 6 guests, featuring a cozy lounge, full kitchen with walk-in pantry, three comfortable bedrooms, and a sunny deck for outdoor dining. Parking is easy with a large driveway and garage (with a ping-pong table!). Just a short walk to local shops, Lake Taupō, and Two Mile Bay Sailing Club, this hideaway offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and lakeside relaxation.



The Space:

The first floor boasts a spacious lounge with a Smart TV, fireplace, and air conditioning, perfect for cozy nights in. Whip up culinary delights in the fully equipped kitchen with a walk-in pantry.



Rest easy in three bedrooms, two with king beds and one with two king singles, all serviced by a modern bathroom and separate toilet for added convenience. Enjoy sunshine on the deck or host 'al fresco' dinners. The BBQ is available for guest use; however, it is provided on an "as is" basis as it is not included in our cleaner's routine schedule.



The secure double garage offers ample space to safely store your bikes, boating equipment, or any adventure gear you bring along. It also features a full-size ping-pong table, providing a fun spot to unwind and enjoy a friendly game after a day out exploring.



Just a leisurely 5-minute walk away, you'll find convenience at your fingertips with a local corner store, a well-stocked bottle shop, and a delicious fish and chips shop.



A stroll down the hill will take you to the tranquil shores of Lake Taupō, and the 'Two Mile Bay Sailing Club', where you can unwind with a refreshing drink or indulge in a mouthwatering pizza while soaking in breathtaking lake views.



For those seeking adventure, embark on a scenic journey along the renowned Great Lake Pathway, offering picturesque views of the expansive lakefront. Just a short drive away, you'll find relaxation and rejuvenation at 'Taupō DeBretts Spa Resort', or immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the town center, brimming with local shops, cafes, and attractions.
