We had a wonderful stay! The property is so big and secluded and the home is wonderful for 2 families! It also has everything you need and more! Dawn was a wonderful host and we would certainly stay again if we’re in the area.

We had a wonderful stay while our boys were playing baseball in All Star Village/Cooperstown! The property was incredibly convenient and had all the amenities of home, which made two busy baseball weeks so much easier. The hot tub was an added bonus and the perfect way to relax after long days at the fields. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home in a great location

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It had everything you could need for your stay. Just bring groceries. Hot tub was great. Everything was super clean. Lovely location in the woods yet not too far from town and CASV.

Nice break from baseball!

We were in town for baseball tournament! 10-15 mintues from All-star village depending on amount of wildlife we had to stop and look at in route or weather! Nice kitchen that was great for cooking!

This was a great place to stay - a little farther from all star village than many of our teammates stayed, but it was still only a 20 drive. The view of the stars and night sky was great, plus night time sounds that I normally only hear when camping in the back country. The kitchen was well equipped - coffee pot with k-cup and grounds capabilities, a crock pot, lots of mixing bowls and pans. The AC is window units, but they kept up, even on the hot days. There is no cell service, but I had no problem with keeping connected with WiFi. The laundry is a high capacity machine.

Cooperstown Village

Everything was exactly as expected. The distance to the village, the property was beautiful with the inside clean, saw some cute deer, the amenities were perfect and the right amount of room to accommodate us. All around we were very pleased with no complaints. Especially pleased there was a fully functional kitchen lol !!

Nice facility

Very well equipped and excellent Wi-Fi house somewhat off the beaten path but quiet and peaceful. Not too far from baseball fields (why we were there). Saw deer on premises. Would have liked to have a little better lighting for reading and manager responded positively to that comment so hopefully attended to for next guests. I would definitely stay there again.
