Enjoy breakfast, accompanied by a delicious Nespresso coffee on the deck. Private, almost self-contained. Homely comforts with kitchenette, mini-oven and shared mudroom. A gorgeous bathtub, beach trolley, must-try homemade muesli. With two easy walkways to Hatfields Beach (3 minutes signposted walk), the beach is almost private! Nearby, Orewa village has great cafes, restaurants. Orewa Beach is perfect for long walks.The boat ramp at Hatfields Beach is just one-minute away.
Please note this apartment is located on the lower level of the home and has its own private entrance. The property owners live upstairs, ensuring your privacy is respected.

Please note the boundary of the property is a cliff, caution should be taken around
this area as it is not fenced. This accommodation is not suitable for young children, this will be strictly enforced.



Please bring your own beach towels, as each guest is provided with only one towel.
