Great location and house was good for our group of young kids and adults!Plenty of games and fun things for the kids.Kitchen well stocked. Only downside was 1 bathroom for 4 bedrooms.

Craig was an excellent host. Communicated clearly and responded quickly to any questions. It’s like a home away from home but with luxuries like the spa and games room. We all had a great time - 2 adults, a teen and a dog! Would love to come back in the future.

Easter with the family at On the Beach

The house was in a great location. The pool table and spa were great. It was dog friendly. Only problem we had was the stove didn't work so cooking was a bit stressful.

Hi Faye, that was a shame re the stove. But as per the instructions above the stove, the oven timer has to be 'on' for the stove elements to work. Its just a safety thing i guess, but its clear in the instructions.

Great spot with good facilities

Fantastic spot in a quiet street just a 1 min walk from the beach. Nice and spacious with a separate games area which our teenagers loved. The place was clean and we had enough supplies for cleaning/cooking/entertainment. Our dog loved running on the beach. Would stay again.

Good all rounder

Easy to access, well loved home in a great location, good sundry items provided that you don’t usually find in most holiday homes. Pet friendly and moments away from a dog friendly beach.

Plenty to do

1 min walk to the beach, 5 min drive to restaurants with plenty of choice and fun games room with lots of pool and table tennis. Great family weekend!

We loved our weekend at the beach for my son and his mates to celebrate his birthday with surfing, fishing, playing pool, beach footy and the spa. We made to most of everything the house offered especially loving the great bbq and outdoor table area. The extra boards, rods and bikes were so handy to have. Beds were comfy, house was clean, everything worked, kitchen was really well stocked. We look forward to returning soon.

Weekend away a huge success

My friends and I loved the accommodation. It was an amazing venue with enough to keep us busy, as well as being right next to the beach. Craig was incredibly responsive as well.

Fishing/beach stay

The Property owners were quick and efficient in supplying the information for the stay. Very accommodating to help us save some extra money. The property is exactly like the photos online with a short walk to good fishing spots and the beach. It is also a great quiet location, with a 5 minute drive to local cafes. Definitely a place I would stay again. I would recommend this property to others.

The Getaway

Awesome experience, good location if you enjoy fishing.. We bagged 15 thumber flattys. Plenty to do even you stay indoors. Would highly recommend.

Great location !!

Very clean and tidy well set out entertaining area . Great and eazy access to the local beach 100mm or less walk . Overall 5 stars . The $100 extra charge for the use of spa a little bit pricey and $50 extra for a pet . Plus $200 for linen Was a little disappointing but still worth the time of the stay

Exceededs expectations

The house was well appointed and neat. The little extras like books, games consoles, board games,balls,fishing rods,prawn nets,barista coffee machines have it a home away from home feel. The owner was very responsive and accomodating. Definitely will return. Well done

Fantastic Family Residence

Firstly, the owner was extremely prompt in replies and very fair and accommodating. Secondly, the property was just like the images and, in some cases, better. The interior was larger than the images suggested with different areas to sit, watch TV or just chat. The games room was much larger than expected and included a kitchen, fridge and some appliances as well. Beds were comfy and having the two bunk beds with the single at the top and double below was brilliant for the kids. We had younger grand children so this made it very easy for a parent to stay with them at night if needs be. Thirdly, the amount of activities onsite was tremendous. It included board games, balls, DVD's, books, a toy box, fishing rods, bikes and helmets, cricket set and more. This I didn't expect. Also, the amount of cooking utensils was tremendous as well as a pantry with food staples being provided. The bathroom area was quite small, however, there is another shower and toilet in the games area which helped. Finally, overall the experience was wonderful. My only suggestion would be that, being an older home where there is no built-in storage, to replace some of the older, more dated furniture and cabinetry with some newer pieces that will help with storage of clothing.
