Great location and happy we stayed in the main building on site! Prearranged for mid-stay cleans and they did them back to back instead of Thursday and Sunday but didn’t complain bc it was a vacation! Could use some updating in the bathrooms and painting, but other than that, had everything you could imagine and very nice kitchen appliances and pots too! Better bed linens would be good too, but comfortable and a great price. Easy to work with and definitely a cool location if you don’t want the chaos of kids and theme parks.

This is our 3rd time staying at the Reunion Grande and first in this apartment. The property was clean and matched the description, which we appreciated. However, we experienced issues with the air conditioning during our stay. Initially, we were told not to set the temperature below 74F, which was uncomfortable, especially because the thermostat location did not reflect the actual temperature in the bedrooms, which were significantly warmer. After multiple calls, it was determined that the A/C unit was not working properly. Although it improved slightly, it was never fully resolved, specially during the middle of the day.Communication throughout the stay felt uninviting. The instructions regarding the temperature and the overall tone of the messages did not make us feel welcomed. Additionally, the apartment lacked basic essentials, there was no dishwasher detergent, sponge, or laundry supplies provided. The only items available were small bar soaps in the bathroom. Having small sample size supplies, would avoid having to go out and buy them after a long day of traveling.
