This property was perfect for myself and dog Max, for an interim stay while waiting to relocate to Gold Coast. The area was great, lots of coffee shops and interesting dining options. The apartment was small but cosy, bed comfortable and had everything that I needed.

Very short walking distance to train station, beach, restaurants and supermarket. Secure parking & easy to come & go.
Many basic items (shampoo, body wash, washing power, etc) supplied so no need to BYO. Pet friendly which was the reason I chose it. Would definitely stay here again.

We LOVED Hampton and Sam's accommodations were perfect. Clean, very comfortable and located in a great area near the shops, groceries, restaurants, bars, train station and beach. We used SkyBus from MEL airport to the city and the train dropped us off 5min walk to the apartment. Sam was a fantastic host, greeting us as we checked in. We hope to return to Melbourne as especially Sam's Hampton Flat.
