About this property

This bright, white, immaculate cottage has all the amenities (ie washer / dryer, dishwasher, microwave, smart tv) for an easy vacation. A large (600 sq/ft) deck overlooks the lake, with space for lounging and / or dining. This quiet spot sees gorgeous sunrises and loon watching! A sunroom provides extra space / privacy with a lovely view overlooking the water. 10 min drive from a town filled with excellent variety of shops and restaurants. Suitable for quiet renters who are respectful of the property, environment, and neighbours. New towels, bed linens, beach towels and life jackets provided. Water is triple filtered and safe to drink.
Cottage is licenced as a short term rental accommodation. There is an ARLO 2 way video security doorbell & a MINUT noise monitoring device (decibel levels only) outside. Barking dogs are to remain inside in order to not disturb the neighbours.
Supervised bonfires now permitted between 6pm and 8am.

Loon Lake Oasis

This property is JUST like the photos online. My hopes were only exceeded when we walked in and saw how clean and meticulous the owners had laid out things in anticipation of our arrival. It felt like a curated vacation home for my family with sweet surprises from room to room. Additionally, the daily morning visits of the multiple humming birds and those soft calls of the loons at night under the starts and solar lights felt magical. I would love to visit this retreat again (if they aren’t fully booked) and consider it a privilege to have been able to have visited this time. Above all, the host is prompt, thoughtful and easy to work with. It was a smooth experience and I could see myself returning with other family members to practice my kayaking or to sunbathe with my dog on the dock. Thanks again for sharing your special space with us! ♥️

Amazing Stay!

Paige's place is just amazing, she is always there to help you with any issues that you might have during the stay. Everything is organized and clean and equipped with all sorts of things that you can even imagine. I can feel how much she cares about the places and for the guests. Thank you so much Paige! Definitely will come back in the future. :)

Lovely Cottage

My partner and I spent three nights at this lovely cottage on Loon lake just outside of Gravenhurst. The location was great as it was close to town with restaurants and other things to do. The cottage is spacious, clean, and modern. A large deck and a dock right on the lake offer gorgeous views. The host did a wonderful job making the cottage very welcoming with some nice snacks in the fridge and plenty of soft, fluffy towels in every room. Overall, it was a nice relaxing stay in a well appointed cottage. We would definitely return.

Amazing steal for the money

Spectacular views no matter where you sit. Host available to talk anytime needed. Thought of everything to make stay nicer. We were in water everyday on weekend when in water regular cottagers are there and show no respect when in water on floats and speed past and leave huge wake. During week though they are gone and it is very nice. The loons actually show up. You rent this place you will not be disappointed and price is a steal.

Comfortable stay
