The Space:

A vacation to Eastham means stunning shorelines, delicious restaurants, and peace and quiet that comes with a small Cape town. You’ll be living your best beach life while soaking in the summer sun at Sunny Shores!

Pushing open the light blue-gray front door, you'll step into a spacious living room, with a large sectional in front of the wall mounted TV. Just passed the sectional, there is a game table perfect for family game nights with views of the spacious backyard through the large window.

A large kitchen can be found on the first floor, with easy access to a smaller dining area, perfect for morning coffee and breakfast with views of the salt marsh, and a larger dining table under the stylish chandelier, with natural light pouring in from the patio doors and windows.

The beautiful sunroom is found at the rear of the home, surrounded on three sides by windows, letting the salty air in while keeping any unwanted bugs out. Outside, a patio with outdoor dining is a great space to enjoy meals under the stars.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer, a propane grill and central A/C. Pristine beaches mere minutes from your front door, and views of the blue herons flying over the First Encounter Salt Marsh await you on your next vacation at Sunny Shores!
