This house is beautiful, very clean and met all our expectations. It’s in a very walkable neighborhood so we could walk our dogs every morning and so close to the beach we could walk. We will definitely seek out this house for our next stay in Cape Cod. We have absolutely no complaints or concerns!

We really liked this home for our extended weekend stay - plenty of space for 3 couples to be together as a group, and there were very comfortable quiet sitting areas to be apart and do remote work. The kitchen was well-equipped and open, with outdoor spaces for lounging and eating. Dog-friendly with fenced-in yard - firepit was a bonus too. Walked to the beach every day on quiet streets. Also in a great location - a short drive to stores, restaurants, and attractions. Will be coming back!

The house was perfect for three adult couples visiting for a long weekend. Perfectly located between beaches. Although we weren't visiting in the summer, I couldn't believe how many bikes, beach chairs, outdoor games, coolers, etc were available for guests. Only hiccup was that the cleaning crew neglected to clean one bedroom and bath. I got on the phone with Del Mar right away and they sent a new cleaning crew over asap. So although small disappointment when we arrived, it was rectified immediately. I'd definitely visit here again.

Perfect for multiple Families

The property was perfect for our group! With access to two homes everyone had the space that they needed. We really enjoyed the shared deck space in the middle of both houses for meals together. The backyard was perfect for the children! Loved this house and would stay again!

Wow, that was fun!

A great layout, and A/C units in each bedroom was a great feature. Nice to have a second complete bedroom/kitchen/living room seperate from the main house.

Wonderful property

Nice 4 bedroom complex for 8 of us. Chairs, umbrellas and bikes to use if you want. Fire pit and big backyard was a great addition. Not far from Cooks Brook beach and our favorite restaurant, Arnold’s. Wi-Fi and smart tv a plus!

Nice spaces for gathering. Too bad it was windy and rainy for most of our stay so we weren't able to use the outdoor spaces for the most part. Several of my brothers were able to use the bikes the first couple of days which was nice.Nice walk to the beach. All of us are 70 or older so packing suitcases up and down the stairs was a little challenging.Host was very accessible, responsive.

Great Spot For Multigenerational Family Trip

Beautiful house with lots of space to spread out. Good for togetherness but getting alone time as needed. We had fun at the fire pit, used the bikes in the garage, ate dinners on the deck and had access to all the good stuff. Street was pretty quiet too. Highly recommend.

Last Minute Trip

Wonderful home with enough space for everyone including dogs. The home had everything we needed and the attention to detail was well received. There were a couple issues with the appliances but the staff responded quickly and were very kind. Note the fenced yard is not foolproof for little dogs. Would definitely stay again. We enjoyed our time there immensely.

The house itself is great, especially for a multi-generational family. It has everything you need to enjoy the beach and yard, prepare meals, and spend quality time together. The owner even gave my son a full tour of the house when he arrived, which was a very thoughtful touch.The beach is an easy walk from the house, and the provided wagon made it convenient to transport our beach supplies. The many bikes were also a great bonus! We especially appreciated all the beach and outdoor amenities - the house truly has so much to offer.Our disadvantage was dealing with the rental agency, Del Mar. We paid two separate fees, and all communication through VRBO was with the agency. Unfortunately, some of the information we received was inaccurate. For example, we were told, “We do not supply beach chairs at our homes,” when in fact this house has many beach chairs available.Additionally, Del Mar Landscaping arrived Tuesday afternoon while our sons were playing basketball. The riding mower agitated the dogs and startled our grandchild. Since we were checking out early Wednesday morning, the timing felt unnecessary and was disruptive to our vacation.

Well equipped

The house was very well equipped. There were three separate living areas so each group had their own space and then come together in the kitchen and dining area. I would recommend adding shade over the outside dining area.

Excellent, but a few fixes needed for the price

Everything is fine except a few minor issues we found in the apartment above the garage. These will be easy to fix, and had the price been lower we wouldn't have worried. It’s was a very good experience overall and I recommend this company based on this one stay.

Nothing special

Based upon paying 1 k a night one would have expected cleaner furniture. Specifically, the sofa was stained beyond repair and smelled. The kitchen table was sticky to touch all over even after we tried to clean it several times. May want to just buy a new table. Lastly the amount of cameras on property was a bit much. Basically a camera pointing at you when you exit outdoor shower. Beds were nice.

This place was immaculate and nicely decorated for a beachy vibe. It has three private sleeping areas but with a great communal space in the kitchen, dining room, living room for everyone to gather. Great place!

Off season friends reunion

The house was thoughtfully decorated and spacious — perfect for three couples. We especially loved the deck with couch and dining table and easy access to the bike trails and nearby beaches. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and Del Mar staff were welcoming and attentive! Eastham is a great location to many activities.
