Brief stay in this lovely house for a weekend. Great communication with Sue, very comfortable house for two or even a family. Excellent location.

Christmas at Piambong House

We all enjoyed our Christmas at Piambong House. It’s a beautiful property away from the hustle and bustle. The house is lovely and comfortable. It had everything we needed . We would recommend the house to anyone who is travelling to Clare. In fact it was very difficult to leave.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Piambong House. A fantastic location, close to shops and restaurants yet still felt secluded and private. Highlights for me were the fireplace, the shower and the kids room (even though the TV didn’t work the kids still had fun in there). A nice place to relax and watch the beautiful birds. Very generous with provisions in the house. I only rated the check in lower as we were slightly delayed in being able to check in as the cleaners were running behind but not a big drama (unless you ask my 4 year old). Would recommend to others! Thanks again.

The moment we stepped into the cottage we felt at home and relaxed. Everything was of a very high standard - decor, comfortable bed & linen , beautiful bathroom with a good soaking bath, cosy fireplace .... Highly recommend popping next door to Shut The Gate winery for a tasting and be sure not to miss dining at the Watervale Hotel. Huge thankyou to Sue for your hospitality for our much needed weekend get away. Warm regards Sandra & Derek

Beautiful comfortable property with so much space indoors and out. Great for a getaway in the winter, loved the log burner. We have been here twice now and love it! Thanks Sue!
