Why they chose this property

If you love the Quiet, slightly more remote and relaxed style get away with something different to call home for your stay then come try this tiny house.
It has everything you need, just in a cosy compact space.

Note : up stairs bedroom spaces are small.. tall people will not be able to stand fully upright! short people you are all good !

Fishing, surf casting, beach walks, kayaking, you can even bring your horse! please contact me first though to check what is happening on the farm at that point in time.
**No dogs sorry.. farm rules.

Keen fisherperson?
throw a line in right here, or your contiki. Boating? -there is a boat ramp not far away at Thornton beach, - 15-20 mins, Whakatane bar crossing 30 mins drive, the Kaituna cut boat ramp 15 mins drive away or the Pukehina bar crossing only 10 mins drive away.

It's something different, away from the hustle and bustle, you could wake to cows chewing grass in the morning and parking is no problems !
