Fantastic apartment in a great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Sarah's Scenic Stay, my son came to bike ride and it was right near some of the best trails/jumps in the world! Lots of space in the house to spread out and very conveniently above a corner store and fish and chip shop, we will be back!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s property. The layout is spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating everyone in the 4 bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the stunning scenery made every morning special. Clean, seamless, and highly organized—definitely recommended!

Way too short.

One of the nicest houses I’ve ever been in. Super functional, very classy, modern, wonderful lighting, awesome kitchen, kids, toys, PlayStation, beautiful views, and neighborhood. We were very happy to stay here for a short period of time and would love to return next time we’re in QT.

Hidden Gem

Our family had a wonderful time staying here! The place was perfect for our needs and exactly as described, homely, sparkling clean, and incredibly comfortable. Our host Sarah provided excellent service, seamless check in and out, provided local recommendations and was very responsive to our late requests throughout our stay. Our family loved the proximity to the city and stunning views from the balcony, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

A beautiful, cosy home with an amazing view

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was beautiful, warm and incredibly cosy, with so much thought and care put into every little detail. You could really feel the love that had gone into creating such a welcoming and comfortable space. We travelled as a family with an infant and toddler, along with our two elderly parents, and everyone absolutely loved the home. There was something for everyone, and it was the perfect place for us to relax, unwind and enjoy quality time together. The view was simply beautiful and made the stay even more special. Waking up to such a gorgeous outlook was definitely a highlight. A special mention to our wonderful host, Sarah, who was incredibly helpful and kind. We accidentally left a bag behind after checking out, and Sarah went above and beyond to help organise getting it shipped back to us in Auckland. We really appreciated her thoughtfulness and assistance. We’re already looking forward to visiting again and would happily stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely slice of paradise

We had a wonderful stay at fernhill. Everything was squeaky clean and a good size. Queenstown really is by far one of the prettiest places you will ever visit
