Beautiful farmhouse property
We celebrated my Dads 90th birthday with all the siblings and the house was perfect. Enough room for those of us from out of town to stay. The dining room was perfect for dinner and the back patio was so peaceful for relaxing together with garden views and wild turkey wandering through.
Nice location, very nicely decorated, very accommodating of special requests - highly recommended.

Beautiful historic home
Thanks for sharing this beautiful, historic home with us. We enjoyed the sunshine coming in the bay windows and watching the wild turkeys pass by each day. Beds were comfy, and the two large tables in the dining room meant we could work a puzzle and sit down to dinner without the hassle of moving it!
Cozy and wonderfully decorated Historic Home which lent to a unique stay. Had local family members for dinner on Christmas Eve. The dining room was spacious and the kitchen accommodating. Plenty of room with beautiful antiques in every room to explore. Staircase is a little steep but accessible.
Charming farmhouse - loved the history of it. Christmas decor was still up and it was picture perfect, cozy and inviting. Really liked having the 2 dining tables for dining and playing games. Cold temperatures outside - the main floor was a little chilly - we found closing the door to the living room helped hold the heat. Bedrooms were nice and warm.

Brookfield Mansion
What a unique place to stay! Enjoyed the modernized farm house.
Great space! Comfortable furniture all over the house and we so enjoyed sitting out back.
Fenced in backyard, so 2 year old could run while we enjoyed the view.
Kitchen had all we needed and so appreciated the welcome bucket!
Great linens, great pillows and great towels.
Beds were ok.
Would definitely rent again!
The property was located near many things to do. We had rain storms and the power wasn’t affected by the storms. Lights flickered a little but that was it. The garden in the back of the house is impressive. Plenty of room for 7 people. Maybe another comfy chair in the living room. WIFI was great. For booking my first air b&b it was wonderful. I would go back.

Cozy farmhouse perfect for family Christmas gathering
We had 8 people stay in this Brookfield farmhouse and had an extended family Christmas gathering with 15 people. The house was more than big enough to accomodate everyone. It was well decorated for Christmas that created the perfect environment for a family Christmas. There was plenty of seating for everyone for dinner. Being an old farmhouse means that it comes with a certain charm and characteristics which we expected going into it. For a quick 2 night stay, the beds and bedrooms were perfect. We would stay here again to host an extended family Christmas celebration.
Six friends stayed at the farm house and the accomodations were great. The double tables in the dining room served as one food table and one game table and worked great for us. We had a wonderful time! The host was helpful and responsive!
If you like coffee, I suggest bringing your own mugs, the coffee cups provided are small. If you use Keurig K Cups, bring your own Keurig coffee maker.
We would definitely recommend this house for families or groups.
We rented this property for a gathering to celebrate my mom's life (memorial service). With folks coming from across the country, this location provided us the space and comfort to reconnect, relax, and enjoy each other's company in the most charming space. The kitchen was fantastically stocked (even with a crock pot!) and the spacious dining room was perfect for our large meals, visiting, and playing games. The grounds are wonderful, with lovely gardens, great lawn space and a fabulous patio with a firepit table. The whole house is very warm and inviting and the bedrooms were nicely appointed. This place is the perfect example of country charm and we could not have been happier with our choice! Oh, and the host contact was wonderful too!
There were 5 guys ages 65 to 80 staying in this vintage farmhouse. We had 4 bedroom and 5 beds so the accomodations fit our needs. The house is on a four acre lot and the grounds were well-kept with a large raised garden for viewing. Wildlife wandered onto the property throughout the day, in particular, turkeys, deer and squirrels. The house had a full-functioning kitchen, a den , living room and a large dining room. There was an outdoor patio on the backside of the house with a propane grill and a fire-pit table and there was a front porch viewing the street. Our host was very accomodating.

Very cute spacious home
Loved the house, decorated very tastefully. Definitely had enough room. Needs cleaned a little better. Ants in quite a few rooms. At least we found bug spray and that helped. The master mattress needs replaced, it is so old and we fell to the middle and could not sleep on it. Awesome to see wildlife in the back yard. The house manager was very quick to answer any questions.

Out-of-Town Family of the Bride
What a cool property. Wild turkeys in the yard woke me every morning! Five adults had ample room to spread out and find cozy spots for themselves and guests. Dual dining tables were great for gatherings with our local family entertaining and games. The downstairs TV was an awkward set-up but the great WIFI gave everyone with devices an alternative. Loved the space, traditional look and arrangement. The stairs to the bedrooms were challenging, but the oversized spaces met our needs. Well stocked kitchen, towels, trashbags, paper goods, even a handy cordless dustbuster. Location in a perfect area with literally everything in Milwaukee minutes away. We would stay here again.
Seven of us stayed at the house and it was plenty big for everyone. Have 2.5 bathrooms was a big bonus! The house was very clean and very well stocked with everything one might need. The owners were attentive as we even asked about a crockpot and they graciously dropped one of for us prior to our arrival.
The parking was great with plenty of room for multiple cars.It was so close to everything we might need - groceries, sporting good store, desserts, restaurants, and even downtown was just a 15 min. drive or so.
The only thing that didnt work out was we booked to early in the season so the gas grill was unavailable. Not the end of the world and the owners said it should be out in May.
All in all I would certainly rent this home again in a heartbeat.

Charming remodeled original farm house
A great place to gather for our Mother/Daughter weekend~ nice seating in dining room and main family room to gather and talk. The kitchen is small but feasible and stocked with enough amenities for general cooking use. The beds were comfortable and linens clean and comfortable. Very adequate parking available which is a great plus for those with many vehicles. The one complaint I received from the fellow guests were that there was only one bath towel provided per guest for a 3 day stay~ when asked for clean towels they did comment we could wash ours. Also only 1 hand towel in each bathroom with no backup. Hand soap was low & we ran out in bathrooms during our stay. No kitchen dish rag or dish towels either & no sign of an extra sheet until we asked and it was found damp in the dryer.
This historical landmark is a great place to stay! The property is located in a safe neighborhood near shopping, restaurants, and a short drive to downtown Milwaukee. The property itself is magnificent. A long driveway leads to a beautiful white brick home built in the late 1800s. As you walk to the entrance, there is a large yard perfect for kids and families to enjoy nature together. The inside has been well-kept and is very comfortable, making you feel right at home. The kitchen allowed us to host our family for a gathering, and the bedrooms provided the best sleep. The bathrooms were large enough and plentiful that we never had to wait on each other. The dining and living room were grand and allowed for new memories to be formed. The hosts were very attentive, and I am positive that they would've been one text away if we needed anything. When we come back to Milwaukee, we will certainly look to book here again.
We were at the Rock Sports complex for a baseball tournament, a little far but it was nice having a house instead of a hotel room because of having a 1 year old with us.
We had a great stay at this Brookfield home. It was clean, well stocked and conveniently located for our needs. Tricia was amazing to work with - she responded very quickly to our requests/questions which we really appreciated! I will rent this property again.
