We had a great time, enjoyed the fire pit and direct access to the creek. Easy check in and check out.

Nice place to relax
This was my second stay at the little treehouse on the river. A great place to stay for me to relax and be close to some good fishing. I love the area behind the cabin and listening to the river! Has everything that I need and I will probably be back again.
Great environment, near the water, wildlife, and available outdoor seating. Indoor was just what you need with the basics. Near town and restaurants and good walking and hiking trails.
Overall satisfied. It's in a beautiful location and has convenient parking and easy access (about 5 steps up to porch). Unit is a bit smaller and older than we thought it looked in pictures, but it had pretty much anything you need and comfortable bed. Coffee pods, variety of spices, board games, and even fishing poles and mountain bikes if you want to explore. We had very heavy rain most of our stay, thanks to Hurricane Polo remnants coming into southern Colorado, so spent more time inside than we planned, so glad for the smart tv but be aware there is limited lounging-around seating in the living room area. We love the area so would think about staying again if the price is right and a better weather forecast (obviously not under host's control )!
Beautiful little cabin on the river. Melissa, the hostess, was awesome. Grandkids loved fishing, hiking, making s’mores on the fire pit, and playing board games when it got too dark outside!. Can’t wait to stay there again!

It was a cute cabin, pretty close to town (just right down the road!) We didn't get to use the fireplace because there wasn't any dry wood inside available. It was all outside and it had just rained so that was a bummer. But overall, very good experience!
