Great Little Getaway!

It was perfect for what we needed. We wanted to visit both Chincoteague and Assateague and the location was great for going to both while also being off the beaten path. We enjoyed the Marina restaurant and it was nice to have a little view of the canal. The decorations were simple, beachy, and tasteful. We all loved the "Happy as a seagull with a French fry sign" our kids especially! Check in and check out process was super easy and there was plenty of communication as well as information provided. The two things worth mentioning were that the internet was very spotty, it was also windy which was most likely affecting it, and more pillows and a blanket or two would have been great. We did really like that linens were provided though and now I know to ask about those items in the future. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in this peaceful community!
