Overall, the property was satisfactory. Location was excellent, which we expected, since we rented in the same neighborhood last summer. Beautiful water views and sunsets were enjoyed from our decks and kayaks were available for our use which was fun. Our group consisted of 7 people and a dog. There was plenty of room for everyone and space for privacy as well. The house; however, was inaccurately described as "immaculate". It was clean, but definitely not immaculate. On our last day, there was a town wide power outage which caused the air conditioning to shut down. However, when power was restored, the AC did not resume on the main level of the house. Unfortunately, the temperature rose to 90 degrees on that level (kitchen, living room and master bedroom) making our last night very uncomfortable. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay once again in the Outerbanks.
