Great for a week at the beach

Very new, very clean. Worked great for our week long beach stay. Drive to Navarre beach was quick and we went to Opal Beach as well.

Good home away from home

This was a good home away from home, with a few minor details that need/needed tending too. We showed up a little late in the night but still had a very smooth checkin and open door process. Upon arriving we noticed a few things like a couple blinds being broken, A/C set to a different temperature that what was stated in the "rule book", and a chewed corner baseboard. There is a strip that I assume is to cover the crease of the home coming together which made it a nightmare for my kiddos toes at times. They would walk and slam right into it and causing some pain. The only thing that we absolutely did not like was uncovering one of the beds and having food crumbs in it. Besides that it was a good place. The washer and dryer ALWAYS a plus for us. The beach as stated was very close and worked out great for us.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Communication, location, listing accuracy
Weird, felt like property’s owner stalking guests and demanding as if she is doing us some kind of favor, although ms Mona & Ms sandy are very nice and helpful over the phone , my concerns about inaccurate listings never got resolved till the very last day I checked out, broken beach umbrella, 2 flimsy chairs only for a 3 bed rooms property, No grill was found unlike what’s been listed , no real effort to correct or fix a problem regardless of promising to send someone to help ,I literally wasted a lot of my vacation time shopping for beach items to provide shade & it was supposed to be provided within the rental, I wasted a lot of food that I prepared to grill because of the fake listing that mentioned grill is available , I truly do not appreciate MYKALA’s weird communication over the phone like giving orders and made me uncomfortable saying the property’owner demand this & that but she never came back to me with any solutions or to encourage future rebooking.
