The rental was clean, had all of the essentials in the kitchen (including coffee), and the bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The parking garage (with 2 spaces for the rental) was very convenient and elimimated the hassle of on-street parking. Ames was on top of communications with us.

Never got access to unit

Elevator was broken and unit was 4 levels of stairs from parking garage. Unable to access unit and manager refuses to refund even though he was away of issue and did nothing to remedy issue. Had to locate another place to stay in the middle of the night.

Hi Julie. There is a disclosure in our listing that states the elevator might not be working for this very reason. While it normally works, it's subject to malfunction and repairs are done by the property management. You did have access to the home. There was only not access to the elevator. Best wishes
