Only 4 blocks to Magnolia Press and Silos, you can enjoy the beautiful morning walks for coffee. In the evening, cozy up next to the fire for a warm evening as you enjoy laughter and closeness with your friends and family.

The Space:
As one of the only shotgun style homes left in downtown Waco, you and your friends will love the natural light and the communal spaces offered at this home. Large enough to have your own space, small enough to feel cozy and foster and environment of warmth.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house, driveway, front and back yards.

The Neighborhood:
A quickly redeveloping area of town, Magnolia Press and Silos are a short walk away. Many interior decor, pop up shops and retail stores are a quick trolley ride away. Balcones Distillery, Milo Restaurant, and Union Hall, is just up the street as well as Diamondbacks and Hecho En Waco. For entertainment, The Backyard has an excellent patio, The Silo District Comedy Club and The Hippodrome is all within a short distance.

Questionable

The home was easy to find and it was nice to arrive at a lit up home. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen so can’t comment there. Disappointing was hair on the floor in the bathrooms, 1 hair dryer for 2 bathrooms, dirty shower liner and dirty white rug under bed. We also found crusty dirt on a towel. Soap dispensers were also empty.
