Located only 3 miles from Waco’s best attractions like the Magnolia Silos, you can also easily take in a game at Baylor University or shop downtown at the Farmer’s Market just 4 miles away.

*** This home is located in a quiet neighborhood but does face a highway.  If you are sensitive to noise take this into consideration.  Noise-reducing curtains and a sleep/noise machine have been installed to reduce the potential noise.
