This was a 10 day vacation with all of my grown kids and their kids. Location was ideal and house was fantastic. Lots of room to spread out, big table for family dinners and very comfortable. The management company was super responsive to every need

We were extremely disappointed with the condition of this rental. The property was not clean when we arrived, and furniture was stained, dirty, torn and in terrible condition. The overall cleanliness and condition of the home were far below what we expected based on the listing photos and what we paid for our stay. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of response from the property management company. We reached out regarding our concerns, but their communication and handling of the situation has been extremely poor. We did not feel that our concerns were taken seriously or addressed appropriately. When renting a property, especially through a platform like VRBO, guests should be able expect a clean, sanitary and properly maintained home. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. Based on the condition of the property and the lack of communication from management, I cannot recommend this rental. I strongly encourage future guests to carefully consider these issues and in our opinion, not book this property.

A Slice of Carlsbad Beach Heaven

We loved absolutely everything about this home, the location, and how our group lived in it during our stay. The pictures are completely accurate and this home is gorgeous both inside and out and has so much warmth, character, and tons of great hangout spots. Our group had 2 fams with 3 kids each and we all had plenty of space to sleep, relax, play etc. the views from the kitchen, dining, family room and deck are stunning. Cindy is so responsive and helpful with any and everything you could need. Can’t wait to come back again.
