This was a great little cabin for a weekend get away. It’s very clean. The property is very well kept too. I highly recommend taking a trip to their sister property to swim and relax in the hot tub!
Communication with the host was great, and she was always able to answer our questions! The Noble Fir was super cute and perfect for our quick stay. The trees have grown up a bit, so the view of the mountains is now covered. Thanks for a great stay!
Overall, I would describe this as a good deal for a glamping cabin. The descrption made me think it would be a bit more comfortable than what we experienced. We had to switch units after we unpacked and settled in due to a plumbing issue, which was okay, except that they called letting us know that maintenance would come before we arrived, but when they needed to move us they only used the VRBO app. That said, they were very responsive to texts and the app interactions. Our new unit was not as good as the first. The bed was very uncomfortable - I left sore after 3 days of use. We also had the tiniest refrigerator I’ve ever seen - half the size of the mini fridge in the first unit. The unit was clean enough for a glamping cabin, it had a few dead bugs around, bleach stained towels (but clean), and the pillows had some minor stains on them. The location was great for what we wanted, only 17 minutes from Rock City. It is a nice wooded setting, but steep! Be prepared to carry your supplies down a steep pathway from the parking area to the cabin. The description for Paradise Pointe was a bit deceiving, there was nowhere to check in for a day pass or to get information and staff had no idea about a trail to the 3 corner location. It is also hard to find on gps. Otherwise, the place was quite and in a beautiful setting and worked well for most of our needs.
This place looks just like the pictures. It’s so cozy. It smells clean. It’s so peaceful with just the sound of an occasional train or airplane. There’s plenty of outdoor seating and the common area is great. Next time I’d love to come when it isn’t quite so cold so I could take advantage of the outdoor areas a bit more. I did have the heads up that the drive in and path to the cabins are steep. They are definitely steep so wheels of some sort for bringing luggage to and from the cabin would be smart. I would 100% come back. I loved it so much!
These small cabins are wonderful. Cozy clean and just the right size for a wonderful get away. Quiet property and great views.
Logistics in and out needs some work.
Super steep driveway will not be accessible in snow without 4x4.
Parking is super tight and not enough spaces for the number of units. If you stay in the small cabins don’t bring a trailer or anything larger than a 4 door pickup you may not be able to get in and around the property.

Hello Steven, Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We'd love to welcome you back anytime!
The common area with the kitchen had a small that was strong enough to require us to open windows and move outside when it was raining.Maybe add a covered porch to that area in case of rain.
The Noble Fir was very restful. Our 12yr old loved the loft and the firefly show out the window was a highlight! It was clean and welcoming with its fully stocked coffee bar and shower necessities. It’s such a nicely designed vacation spot that it makes me want to take notes to build my own at home in Texas.
