Excellent setting for our family of 9 and 2 dogs. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and responsive to our requests. Kitchen is well-appointed and bedrooms were quite comfortable (separate thermostats in many).

Property was clean and on the perfect part of the lake for paddleboarding and kayaking. Almost no boat traffic. We did have to contact the host when the hose to the automatic pool filler started leaking excessively but the host was friendly and helpful and we had no other problems during our stay. This place is perfect for a large groups with plenty of bedrooms.

This was our 3rd time to rent this scenic property. The interior and pool area was immaculate. Prop mgt was very responsive with quick effective remedy of our only property issue. Will very likely stay here again.

Place is beautiful! Love the open space, kitchen space, and the master bedroom! The views of the pool and the lake were beautiful and the sunsets were stunning! Property management team was very responsive and accommodating. We had one small issue during our stay where the septic tank was full, and they had someone out fixing it within the hour. Overall would highly recommend and want to stay again!

The rooms were very clean. The host checked on our stay. The kitchen has everything we needed & the weather was a little discouraging but the last couple of days was great. Will do it again.

The location was nice, right on the water. Home was pretty clean, however we had some substantial issues aside from this:1) master bedroom AC didn’t work2) backyard was very unkept. Fire pit area seemed to be collapsing. Dock didn’t look to have been cleaned for quite a while. Seating hadn’t been cleaned and was unable to be used.3) bedrooms nearest to garage had a bug infestation. My son had roaches dropping on bed from ceiling.Property didn’t seem to have been given the care needed for the price. The backyard outdoor area especially wasn’t as advertised.For the cost of 2.5k all in for 2 nights, the price does not align with expectations.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall the stay was great, and the home was beautiful. And my family and kids had a great time The neighbor was very rude on one occasion, and lake access wasnt what we were expecting. Managment were very responsive on issues as well which is a big plus!

Great location and property for a group

Amazing location right on the Colorado river and clean home. We had a great time at this property during July 4th. Property manager was very responsive and was able to recommend some activities in the area.

Great family getaway

House was great! Updated really well with a great large kitchen that was very well stocked. Plenty of beds and baths. LOVED having the pool along with the lake. Really enjoyed the paddle boards that were available. We would stay again

Family Thanksgiving

Great stay with Family Thanksgiving. Plenty of space and everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving feast. It was too chilly to enjoy the pool but we definitely enjoyed the fire pit. Will definitely stay again. Thank you !!

The house is very nice and spacious, very easy to communicate with the manger. The only real issue we had was with trying to get a rental pontoon boat at the house due to the large rocks in the water.
