Guests are welcome to bring their own sheets and towels, or hire them through us prior to arrival. I’m sorry if you missed this. In regard to cleanliness and maintenance, this certainly isn’t the standard we aim to deliver. We have addressed your feedback directly with our cleaning and housekeeping team and have completed a full re-inspection of the property to ensure it meets our expected standards. Hi Damien, Thank you for your review and for choosing our home for your family get-together. We’re really pleased to hear that overall you found the house to be good, and we hope you enjoyed your time together. We appreciate your feedback regarding the remote controls and the bathroom vanity. We will ensure our team looks in to this ASAP and fixes. Regarding linen, we understand that bringing your own can be inconvenient, particularly when travelling from interstate. We do offer a linen hire option for our guests, and by offering this service, it keeps the clean / linen charges for guests lower. We also take on board your note about the house being cold on arrival. Unfortunately heating isn't typically not switched on in advance for stays. However we do find that this hoe does not take long to heat up. Thanks again for your comments, and we hope to host you again in the future.
