Great location and beautiful view of the lake! Super clean and Jeff was very easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to everyone!
We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. Everything was well taken care of, and it was a great place for our family to relax and make memories. We would definitely stay here again!
Great experience at this awesome home. Perfect pool. Easy access to the lake. Spacious deck, patio, and rooms. Owner was an awesome communicator. Stay here!!!
We enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient to downtown Granbury. Rental of tritoon boat at Stumpy’s was very handy to the house. The only issue was lack of A/C in the game rooms.

Thanks for the review! Property is maintained and guest damages are repaired weekly. With the property sleeping 16 and constantly rented, it's a never ending cycle of maintenance and repairs. We can't always get to them right away, but we strive to do our best before next guest arrives.

Thanks for the review! We were out there this week and didn't see any major maintenance issues. A few minor things that may have been caused by you or one of your guests, but we got that taken care of.

The home was in a great location on the lake. They provided kayaks that the grandkids loved! The pool and hot tub were nice. The bedrooms upstairs were huge and would recommend bringing blowup beds if planning to use the extra sofa beds in bedrooms which were very uncomfortable. Access to the kids bunk beds required going though one of the bedrooms, which was a bit of an issue for the couple staying in the room you had to go through. Kitchen had lots of cabinets and counter top space and a huge pantry. However, definitely not enough plates, glasses, etc. Only 5 coffee mugs. The day before we left, the freezer quit freezing (we notified the owner) and the next day, the fridge was also not keeping things cold enough and had to throw out a good amount of food. We were unable to use the Media Room because the volume was extremely high and the remote would not work to lower the volume. We let owner know on the first day but he never came out to see if he could fix it, which was disappointing. The bathrooms were nice but the towels were tiny - might want to bring your own if you have very many adults. We enjoyed our stay, but doubt we would stay there again.

Thanks for the review! Unfortunately, we can't do much about the layout of the house upstairs. The only room that this refers to is the bunk room. Futons aren't really meant to be super comfy but are there if needed. Property sleeps 16 so we do know that there enough plates, and cups. I'll count the coffee mugs when down next, but we did have a lot at one point. I came down after you left and reset the fridge and we are monitoring the temps. I also reset the projector and it seemed fine. I know we have plenty of big towels in the bathrooms for 16 people. They are certainly not beach towels but are regular size bath towels and seemed to be fine with previous guests. Glad you loved your stay!!

My family (7 adults and 6 children) enjoys time together every Memorial Weekend. This was our first time at Lake Granbury. The setting of the lake was beautiful and the pool was the perfect size. Nice outdoor grill & seating area. The kayaks were nice. The kitchen was nice - glad we brought a lot of extras. There are lots of stairs!Unfortunately, the internet did not work all 3 days, which is tough with 5 children 7 and under. There was no working A/C in the game room - downstairs & upstairs.

Thanks for the review! Yeah, the internet was having issues because of the storms, so we had a Spectrum tech come out. The game room has mini splits upstairs and downstairs with a remote to work both. Come back anytime

Wonderful house with plenty of space for grandma and two families with older teens! Right on the water in a cove so nice and relaxing. Thanks for sharing your house!
The house was consistent with pictures and description. It’s was a wonderful stay for the family, in particular our grandchildren had a blast with the pool, media room and the large living area. The host was very responsive. We will definitely plan on staying again.

Weekend Trip!
Great property with lots of amenities. A few minor issues with the WIFI and pool, but host had his pool guy come over and we reset the WIFI. Overall it was a wonderful stay and would book again.
